Bio on Kerry Dedman

Kerry has worked in Education Management and in Leadership and Development for over 25 years. Kerry set up Open Door Training in 2002. Initially the work was based around the Portsmouth Port in Hampshire. In the last few years Open Door has been operational across England and Wales, giving guidance for Companies and individuals. Open Door has mentored and supported top FTSE companies, charities and public sector authorities. Since early 2016, due to increased demand, the work has opened the door globally for tri-service personnel of all ranks, both ex-military, regular and reserve.
Kerry's passion is coaching and mentoring. She will always at heart remain an English teacher, she is educated to MBA level in educational management.

Bio on Jules Carmichael

Jules Carmichael has been a senior officer with the British army and police service. He has served worldwide most recently in Somalia and in Turkey (Operation SHADER). As a qualified teacher, coach and trainer he has tutored, instructed and mentored soldiers, army officers, police officers and civilian staff from a large number of countries. With a high degree of emotional intelligence and life experience, he has selected candidates for Sandhurst, protected Royalty and vulnerable VVIP's, currently holds the highest degree of vetting, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and holds a Masters in the City and Guilds Institute for Leadership and Management and a Masters in History.

Jules is focussed on developing individuals to achieve success in demanding and stressful roles, delivering bespoke direction to qualified professionals.
