Hi Kerry

You did some consultative work with CTEM earlier this year and I wanted to take the opportunity to express my thanks for your support.

You arrived at a time when I had just taken on 2 new staff and we were actively growing our SFA contract. I felt that in order to do this we needed to review our approach to our Employer Engagement strategy and you offered some very positive suggestions in how we could do this. We have since implemented certain actions that, as small a change as they might be, have had a good impact.

However, what I was particularly grateful for was the one to one work you did with myself, and the team, in terms of recognising our own strengths and abilities with the use of (forgive me for not recalling the name of this...) the timeline of positives and negatives where you challenged us to counteract our weaknesses with a strength.

I felt you were very knowledgeable and allowed us to challenge our behaviors to get the best out of ourselves. Boosting confidence and motivation has such an encouraging effect and we have really benefited from this.

I think sometimes you need someone from outside the business, that knows the sector, to cast a fresh pair of eyes over how you currently do things. So your support was most welcome and very productive.
